Creating a 2020 wellbeing vision is just like creating your daily intention, the only difference is that you decide on your intentions for the year ahead. Three words that you will bring with you into each day of the coming year.

In your yearly wellbeing vision, choose three feelings that you would like to feel and experience in 2020 (as much as possible).

Write down your three words.

Carry them with you each day.

Think of them each morning as you wake and in the evening just as you are about to fall asleep.

Let these three words guide you as you move through your year.

Use them as your daily wellbeing go-to guide whenever you are unsure of what to do or say in a situation.
