Igniting enthusiasm about connecting with each other over a healthy meal and engaging in meaningful conversation will make every dinner a family favourite. By sharing our wellbeing wisdom, we envisage families creating easy, nutritious dinners whilst at the same time having plenty of fun – revolutionising the family dinner forever. Family Wellbeing Dinners are the way each home can cultivate and nurture a strong foundation of family wellbeing, one family meal at a time.

Why should you attend?
Recent studies have shown that family dinners play a key role in nurturing the foundation of family wellbeing. A Family Wellbeing Dinner is about cultivating family connection over a healthy and delicious meal. Prioritising a few Family Wellbeing Dinners each week can make the world of difference to the happiness of each family member as well as boost overall household harmony.
Our upcoming event, Family Wellbeing Dinners, aims to boost the nutritional knowledge of attendees by demonstrating easy and fun ways this knowledge can be shared with family members during the evening meal.
Family Wellbeing Dinners aims to serve as a catalyst for increased family happiness, health, and wellbeing. Family Wellbeing Dinners are wellbeing soup for the family soul.
What you will walk away with:
*Greater confidence and clarity about the best and most essential foods to fuel themselves and their children to ensure they maintain their wellbeing. {Dr Joanna McMillan}

This wellbeing check-in tool helps mums to slow down and gain clarity on how they are going in each of the wellbeing dimensions. It’s a brilliant starting point in building a strong wellbeing foundation. Mums have the opportunity to see where they are thriving and which wellbeing dimension needs some time, attention and energy.
* Some brilliant dinner activities and games to enhance family connection and fun at the end of the day. Included will be Rhiannon’s ‘no-fail’ game that invites even the most resistant of toddlers to come happily to the dinner table without force – it’s a simple yet golden wellbeing game!
