1. What are you most passionate about?
I am most passionate about living a life with limitless opportunities. I’m a huge believer in the Law of Attraction and for me it’s all about teaching people to create a life they love. Life is so short, so if you consciously choose to spend your time wisely by being grateful for everything that appears in your life, then you know you are living passionately and on purpose.
2. Who or what inspires you?
I am deeply inspired by people that live from a space of conscious awareness. They know what they want and stop at nothing to chase their dreams. My man, Sean Patrick Simpson inspires me in the unconditional love department, my children inspire me and also the energy of creating a new business always inspires me. That’s the true nature of an entrepreneur!
3. How do you nurture your wellbeing every day?
I make sure I monitor my language patterns and don’t indulge in drama. I make the conscious choice to be happy and try to inject as much joy and happiness as I can into my life on a daily basis. There is a lot of laughter in my house – two kids and two dogs will always guarantee a smile. And also not taking yourself too seriously is excellent for your wellbeing. Learning to lighten up and let go of the ‘shoulds’ is my number one tip for happiness.
I also adhere to a mainly vegan diet and go to the gym. Maintaining a healthy mind/body/spirit balance is essential. I love to meditate but also love to make boring household chores a meditation as well. It’s all about consciousness!
4. What is the one action you would like to add to your daily routine? Something that you believe would make a positive difference to how you feel each day but are not currently doing.
I would love to focus on not being such an ADD girl. Too often I flitter from one task to the next without sticking to a schedule. I think by being more mindful about time and not allowing myself to get swept into online shopping would be an awesome skill to develop. Thank goodness our team are super switched on and efficient to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.
5. Fast forward to age 90. Imagine you are sitting in a rocking chair, reflecting on your life. In a few sentences, what would you like to be able to write about the way you lived your life?
I lived my life with my heart leading the way. I remember my Nana Mollie telling me that she still felt like she was 20 when she was 80 and it’s such a beautiful truth. There is no time, only energy and the present moment. I made sure that over my 90 years I LOVED and felt grateful for every day. And for the times when I wasn’t super-present I was able to gently guide myself back to a place of presence. I lived and loved my life with flow, creativity and awareness that everything is energy and there is no right or wrong…there just is. I lived my life in service to others that wanted to be inspired to create a life they love. xo
